Service Description
Lomi Lomi is the traditional ancient bodywork of Hawaii. This holistic healing method incorporates meditation and breathwork. This modality incorporates assisted stretches, hip twists, backbends, and the specialized technique known as Deep Joint Rotations. These rotations involve maximizing the movement of the shoulders, hips, knees, elbows, wrists, and ankles. This not only clears any accumulated impurities within the joints (which Hawaiians believe may store traumas) but also enhances joint flexibility and range of motion.
